Responsible person and department:
Lecturer:
Dr. Kornél Májlinger, assistant professor, Department of Materials Science and Engineering
Subject is based on:
Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Mathematics
Aim of the subject:
During their professional/experimental work chemical engineers often meet different traditional and modern metallic materials. Important knowledge of natural science and engineering that make possible production, processing and appropriate application of metallic functional materials is discussed during the course. A further aim of the subject is to present – from the aspects of material science – the ability of metals, alloys and complex metallic matrixes as well as their associated systems to satisfy the demand of modern economy.
Program of the subject has been developed by:
Kornél Májlinger, assistant professor, Department of Materials Science and Engineering.
