Aim of the subject:
To teach the students the elementary knowledge of the chemical process design and control. The process design step is the creative challenge of the chemical engineer. The selection/determination of the proper design alternative is a difficult task. The controllability of the process designed is also the part of the creative activity where the mutual effect of process and control should be considered.
