Aim of the subject:

This course builds on microbial, genetic, and biochemical knowledge acquired during previous courses. Students in Methods in Molecular Biology learn basic principles and techniques of molecular biology, such as basic nucleic acid and protein isolation, purification, detection processes, principles of working with organisms used during molecular biological work, basic DNA-engineering, hybridization techniques, PCR, DNA sequencing etc
