Aim of the subject:
The subject gives an overview about the chemical and physical fundamentals of mid- and near-infrared vibration spectra. Evaluation of informations obtained by MIR and NIR techniques and their use for analytical purposes are discussed details in program. Technical, chemometric and mathematic-statistical aspects of infrared spectroscopy and data processing are covered by subject.
