Basics of classical and instrumental analysis methods, general biochemical and chromatography knowledge.

Aim of the subject:

The subject lays emphasis on the applications of modern separation methods, especially on hyphenated techniques. The use of this applications is neccesary in the field of environmental protection, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, clinical biochemistry and synthetic industry.
