Aim of the subject:
The goal of the subject is to provide up-to-date knowledge in the field of sample collection, handling and preparation. Applied methods, technologies and processes are discussed. Sampling from various media for subsequent analysis is explained. Examples are reviewed for studying the whole process of sampling from the preparations through the instrumentation to the documentation.
