Basic Processes in Industrial Organic Chemistry, Unit Processes in Industrial Drug Syntheses
The subject presents – through examples of different known pharmacologically active compounds – how can we choose, develop, and permanently maintain technologies from the possible synthesis lines for producing these pharmacologically active compounds economically and environmentally-friendly. These technologies must fulfil all criteria required by the modern pharmaceutical industry and by the quality assurance rules. The concrete examples are selected from actual and former synthesis lines which can show the best the features of a pharmaceutical technology.
