Aim of the subject:

The aim of the subject is to make the students familiar with the different areas of pharmacokinetics thus the theoretical connections of the adsorption, distribution, binding, metabolism and excretion of an active pharmaceutical ingredient. Beside the presentation of the theoretical background the in vivo/in vitro models of the individual processes as well as their more important clinical examination methods will also be shown.
