Subject is based on:
Animal, plant and food biochemistry, microbiology, food chemistry and dietetics, general and food analysis, food technology, chemical and food unit operation, biometry, knowledge of excel, word of windows; basic of manual and instrumental laboratory practice
Aim of the subject:
Recognition of problems and solutions in practice of food unit operation, technology and safety, wich are present in food processing. Presentation of modern solutions in food technology, comparison of different technical solutions, documentation of laboratory and technology R&D. Integration of knowledge got earlier.
